-100 gr of Beans, remove the fibers

-80 gr flour spice crispy

-6 tbsp cold water

-Cooking oil

Sweet sour sauce:-4 pieces of red chilli, sliced angle

-3 green chillies, sliced fruit gone Askew

-3 cloves finely chopped, white bwg

-1 piece of onion, finely sliced

-5 pieces tomato chery, side two

-1 leek, sliced angle

-2 tbsp chilli sauce-2 tablespoons tomato sauce

-100 ml water-1/2 tsp vinegar

-Salt & sugar to taste

-1 tsp cornstarch/kanji tpg, dissolve-roasted Sesame for sprinkling.



How To Cook:

1. make batter by mixing dye tpg herbs and cold water, stir well. Dip the shrimp and chickpeas into the batter, then deep-fried until crispy, lift, drain. 


2. Reserving 3 tbsp oil, then Saute onions and garlic until fragrant, add the tomato sauce and chili sauce, water, vinegar, season, Cook until the gravy to a boil, thicken with cornflour, stir in sliced tomatoes and onion, Cook until thick, lift. 


3. put the Beans and Crispy Shrimp on serving plate flush with tamarind sauce spicy, sprinkle Sesame Roasted, served with warm rice.
