Love to eat salty squid but do not want to be eaten with fried way okay? There is a simple way of processing salted squid with sauteed with chili and onions. Easy to make and guaranteed to make hooked. Here's how to make it.

Ingredients:

1/4 ounces salted squid,
3 pieces of red chilli sliced kriting angle
5 red cayenne pepper fruit slice angle
2 stalks spring onion, cut into wedges
4 cloves of sliced red onion
2 cloves of garlic sliced
1 tomato, sliced-iris
1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 teaspoon granulated sugar 1 cup water
How to make:

Soak salted squid with hot water, drain and FRY briefly. Set aside.
Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, enter all the chilies and scallions. Saute until wilted. 
Enter the salty squid and pour a little water. Add the oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook until seasoning infuse and salted squid is tender.
Ready to serve with warm rice.
